Casa Nolly is situated at about 350 m above sea level, amongst the exquisite natural fauna of the Marche valleys between the sea and the hill top village of Montefiore dell’Aso.  It offers its guests the possibility of enjoying the advantages of a comfortable stay, together with a range of activities and entertainments.

The house is only 3km from the sea and 30 minutes from the Sibillini mountains.

The summer period offers hundreds of events including local gastronomic cooking – restaurants offering traditional and local food such as fresh fish and meat specialities;  typical Italian ‘feste’ and ‘sagras’ (village parties); places to buy local cheeses and charcuterie. 

Those who love music can spend unforgettable moments at the numerous summer concerts held in all the neighbouring villages; stop off for Happy Hour in the famous local spots and dance the night away in the trendy Riviera discos.  There are innumerable sports and cultural activities to add to your enjoyment.

The house

Casa Nolly is situated in perfect harmony with the lush green valleys of Montefiore, hidden amongst many of the enchanting walks which track through the hills to the sea.
 

The house is owned by Signora Patrizia whose friendly and caring welcome helps to put clients at ease and assure them of a warm and memorable stay.
The house has 5 bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom, 3 sharing 2 bathrooms on first floor and one on ground floor with separate bathroom, a large living room with fireplace and kitchen area, a pool, a large garden and a 5 hectare park with vines, olive trees and a panoramic view towards the lake, the sea and the beautiful valley.
 

Patrizia organises cultural, musical, and gastronomic events, together with courses and workshops in a number of specialities, such as stencilling, decoupage and many more. One can tap into a variety of sporting activities such as bowls, fishing, trekking and mountain biking and clients can make use of bicycles, the football and tennis court, the pool and the childrens’ play area . For those who want to relax, the pool, the reading room or the park of olive trees and the fishing pond are ideal.
 

For those who would like to try cooking, there is a wood stove available for making breads and pizzas and a barbecue for experimenting with all the wonderful fresh fish and meats.
 

The house is available also for short breaks, with tastings and service catering, and suitable for TV and cinema location hiring.
